A new accompanying exhibition has been created in the building of the natural history cabinet in Waldenburg, which is a listed building. It shows some highlight exhibits and gives a brief overview of the history of the house at the same time. Divided into two dramaturgical parts, the digital Prince Otto Victor I von Schönburg and the pharmacist Linck guide you through the various stories and curiosities of the house. Digital displays are concealed in multi-sided mirrored showcases in order to enable the protagonists to be present directly at the object. Pollutant absorbers and passive air conditioning create optimal conditions for the sensitive objects and an individual, playful and, as far as possible, barrier-free access is created for each piece. Everything can be discovered here: the whole world… in a nutshell.
