The centre of the exhibition was Luther’s work ‘On the Freedom of a Christian’, the most printed work of the 16th century. Using the ‘white thread’ of this piece of writing, visitors can explore the complex events of the Reformation in Prussia and Brandenburg. Throughout the exhibition, multimedia terminals decode the complex stories, offer different perspectives on the historical events and bring to life the transforming imagery of the Reformation. The exhibition is supplemented by the ‘Freiheitswerkstatt’, which holds a special offer for student groups.
